Common questions
How much do accounting services cost in Dubai?
Fees depend on transaction volume, number of bank accounts and whether VAT and corporate tax filing are included. After a free review of your records we give you one fixed monthly figure in writing, so there is nothing billed by the hour.
My books are two years behind. Can you still help?
Yes. Backlog clean-up is a large part of what we do. We rebuild opening balances, post the missing periods, reconcile the banks and hand you a set of accounts that stands up to an audit — then keep them current monthly.
Do you file VAT returns on the FTA portal?
We prepare the return with full supporting workings and file it on the FTA portal for you, or hand the pack to your registered tax agent if you prefer to keep filing with them.
Are you an audit firm, or do you support auditors?
We prepare and support the audit: internal audit reviews, control testing, statutory audit file preparation and query resolution with your appointed external auditor. Where a licensed signing auditor is required, we coordinate with approved UAE firms.
Can tax agents outsource work to you?
Yes, and a good share of our work comes from tax agents and consultancies. We work in the background under your engagement letter and your brand, with an NDA in place.
Which accounting software do you use?
Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero. If you already have a file running, we work inside it. If you're starting fresh, we set it up and train your team.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Most clients send documents digitally and never need to visit. If you'd rather meet, the office is on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road in Al Mankhool, beside BurJuman, and we also visit clients in Business Bay and across Dubai.
